Feminist Art Critic, Judy Chicago.

Judy Chicago is an artist, author, feminist and educator whose career spans five decades. In the 1970s, Judy's work continued from the critique of the sexism of art history, art museums and galleries as well as questioning which genres of art were museum worthy.

In 1974, she focused on the subject of women's history to create her most well known piece, The Dinner Party, which was created between 1974 and 1979 with the contribution of hundreds of volunteers. This piece symbolises the history of women in Western Civilization. The impact that The Dinner Party made in the art world, was examined in the 1996 exhibition, Sexual Politics: Judy Chicago's Dinner Party in Feminist Art History.

Chicago's work has been spoken about in many diverse fields, about its impact on the art critic world.
